It operates using a Pooled Development Fund (PDF), which under Australian PDF legislation provides significant and valuable tax advantages for investors. These include the PDF paying a low concessional rate of tax and PDF investor's eligibility for CGT free and tax-exempt distributions. 

 

KAP is a Singapore tax exempt vehicle which provides investors with the opportunity to participate in a diversified portfolio of Australian and New Zealand technology growth company investments focused on Asian and US expansion.
